Nikola brings a career of experience working on culture with over 200 organizations and systems around the world, blending more rational thinking (LSE, Economist, McKinsey for 14 years) with more intuitive work (ICF coach, Facilitator of Transformation and Spiritual Healer with 30+ tools). He is the Founder and Managing Director of Project Light Advisory.

After more than 20 years in international leadership roles, Tamara dedicated her work to personal and collective transformation. For the past 8 years, she has facilitated retreats, workshops, and developmental journeys that foster awareness, healing, connection, conscious leadership, and meaningful change across individuals, teams, and communities.
