Nikola is the Founder and Managing Partner of Transfiguration Advisory, a firm helping enlightened leaders build beautiful and spiritual businesses.
The organizations that have shaped Nikola are both intellectual (LSE, McKinsey, Economist) and spiritual (coach, facilitator, spent >20,000 hours in workshops and ~5,000 hours in silence).
Worked with McKinsey for 14 years, serving more than 200 organizations and government entities around the world on Cultural Transfiguration. His last role in McKinsey was as a Senior Expert in McKinsey’s Global Organization Practice, leading McKinsey’s Culture & Change practice in the ~90 countries of EEMA.
Nikola is the founder of Project Light, a movement contributing to making life in the Balkans lighter and a member of Inner Development Goals (IDG) global team, bringing the power of inner development to all challenges we face as humanity.
