Mina is an Impact Analyst at Transfiguration Advisory, focused on driving meaningful change within organizations. She helps clients build inclusive, high-performing work environments by aligning company values with employee behaviors and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mina excels in multi-cultural settings, leveraging strong cross-cultural communication skills. She was part of the cultural transformation team for the Government Entity Cultural Transformation project in Saudi Arabia, contributing to cultural assessments and designing cultural journey of the organization. Additionally, she supported a project in UAE, as part of the TA team. Mina has also worked on various projects with the Public Policy Institute and NGOs in Serbia, coordinating people, reports, events, and research. Additionally, she has experience in market research and international negotiations in the metallurgy sector.
