vana Paunović is a leadership coach and facilitator of transformation, working with leaders to develop their inner capacity to lead in complex and evolving environments. Within Transfiguration Advisory, she is part of the Leadership team, serving as Head of People and Operations and the team coach.
Her background combines over two decades of experience in senior leadership roles across architecture and engineering, telecommunications and IT, within some of the most recognized companies in the Balkan region. Before joining Transfiguration Advisory, she served as one of the people and culture leaders at Nordeus and was part of the extended leadership team at Telenor.
Ivana’s expertise bridges both organizational and human development. She brings a deep understanding of culture dynamics in systems and a practical advisory perspective in guiding deep, lasting culture transformations that focus on the inner dimension of leadership. Her work integrates the individual and collective perspectives, helping leaders and organizations cultivate authentic, conscious, and sustainable growth.
