Witold is an experienced senior leader, driving organizational transformation of major clients of McKinsey within Logistics, Automotive, Banking and Public Sector across Middle East, Europe and US, as well as building strategy and leading transfomation of a global Agricutlture company.
He has a total of 12 years professional experience focusing on improving organizational performance through bold transformation of culture, operating model, structure, business development and improving leadership competences.
His work reached transformational change of around 100 organizations and millions of employees, as well as drove business improvements through transforming key operations of agriculture company, where he was leading a transformation for the last year.
Witold is combining strong skills around driving organizational performance with facilitation skills to empower leaders and employees for change. to all challenges we face as humanity.
